Shipping Availability
Her ERA currently ships orders only when the order is eligible for fulfillment through Amazon/FBA-supported fulfillment and Prime-eligible shipping availability.
Shipping availability may depend on the customer’s location, product availability, Amazon fulfillment eligibility, carrier availability, and checkout options available at the time of purchase.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available only for eligible Prime member orders that qualify through Amazon-supported fulfillment.
Not all orders, locations, or checkout situations may qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information entered at checkout.
Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled by Amazon, FBA-supported fulfillment, or other approved third-party fulfillment partners.
Packaging, carrier selection, tracking updates, and delivery timing may vary depending on Amazon fulfillment availability, shipping destination, and carrier operations.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Amazon, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, carrier disruptions, or events outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and packing slip so we can review the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to locations and orders supported by our available Amazon/FBA fulfillment options.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped to the address provided.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
